Create initial settings page #60

Addresses Issue #25

Changes

Implement a settings page to control the following variables via SharedPreferences:

Number of screen blinks for Screen Response test
Number of repetitions for audio input test
Number of repetitions for audio output test
Number of repetitions for MIDI input test
Number of repetitions for MIDI output test

Future Work

Add a way to export/input these preferences (maybe for automation purposes)
