Jack detection on some devices #86

Some phones (Spreadtrum reference design for instance) uses the "T" pin to detect jack presence. Considering it is left floating in the schematic, on those devices, the jack plug is not detected.

Wiring a 100-Ohms resistor on the pin fixed the issue.

Thanks! Added a resistor in the schematic & PCB. This should get into the next mfg run.
