Fullscreen mode for screen response #95

Addresses issue #56. When enabled, the action bar will be hidden and the app will enter "sticky immersive" mode, which hides the system status bar and navigation bar.

Looks good, merging.

I've tested this branch with the full-screen setting off, there does not seem to be any flickering in the action bar or other visual glitches.
