Failed to load external module babel-register #888

Noticed that in package.json are missing packages. Please add

"babel-register": "^6.14.0"

With this addon and a fresh installation, the "failed to load" disappear, but there's always :

gulp -v [19:15:20] Requiring external module babel-register [19:15:20] CLI version 3.9.1 [19:15:20] Local version 3.9.1

What about Gulp v4 ?
