woff2_decompress.exe and woff2_compress.exe trow and error regarding cygwin #143

After the state police have blocked on hard drive saying that I removed an watermark from a table picture from an old book, an small thumbnail resembling a table that I had on my hard drive but now I download it from alamy.com that I see is same table or not, I switched to another hard drive and I wait that they solve the case and take back the means to block the drive. So, after I did switch to a new hard drive in the Compaq IA64 PC and reinstalled Linux Debian and Windows I seen that I have to install cygwin for woff2 and I do not get the libraries necessary to run it such as:
cygwin1.dll cyggcc_s-1.dll cygstdc++-6.dll

Runing again setup-x86.exe did fixed all.
