rename "aux" directory to "auxiliary" to prevent checkout errors on windows. #34

"aux" is a reserved filename on windows (dating back decades), so we need to rename this to get checkouts on windows working after commit cf6c578 .

Not sure this got all references to the "aux" folder in code, but the only ones I found with grep were in gen.go.
