Mention wrong file in Step 7 (Add banner ad). #11

Hi, Step 7, of this code lab referenced lib/ad_manager.dart on step 1. This file does not exist. The correct file name is: lib\ad_helper.dart

Also, the step 2 repeats the import instruction of the step 1. On this step the file name is correct, but not on step 1. The instruction must be deleted
