Hispanic URLs being called out as 401's #6

Hi, hope you're well.

I'm using the large scale link checker on one of my client's MCC's and noticed that it's calling out all Hispanic URLs as 401 redirects, regardless of whether they redirect. Do you know a workaround/fix for this?
