Easy to way get an AdGroupAd (on resourcename?) and modify it #863

Hi, What is the way to fetch an AdGroupAd (e..g on resourcename), in my case a DiscoveryCarouselAdInfo, change the DiscoveryCarouselCardAssets and save it again.
