Should Define "npa" and "1" as Constant in sdk. #52

You should define : "npa" and "1" as constant in SDK to reduce pass wrong parameters by user.

i think this one should be pass on mobile ads sdk , so i think no need to ad this on consent sdk, it should be add on mobile ads sdk if there's no existing constant there for npa and pa

general question - is it correct to assume that npa=0 can be set and ads will be personalized?
