modifying consentForm.html #90

when I try to modify the consentForm.html to say something different and I run the android project it goes back to its original code, screen shot 2019-02-01 at 8 48 56 pm screen shot 2019-02-01 at 9 01 06 pm

"files under the "build" folder are generated and should not be edited."

figured it out copy the file into the assets folder then debug one will be overriden
