I have noticed in my tvOS application that after fast-forwarding to the midrolls I got 2 audio streams played (from content and from ad). I checked my implementation and everything looks good (even printed all of the play() and pause() invokes). After that I checked GoogleIMA sample app and noticed that the issue is in SDK. I got bip and bop sounds (from sample app playback) during the midrolls :(
Steps to reproduce:
Start the sample app on AppleTV (real device),
Wait till preroll ends
Start fast-forwarding by pressing the right side of the touch pad on remote controller, keep pressing till the midroll is on the screen
wait some time, just before second midrolls starts you can hear the bip-bop sound.
Using Google IMA v 4.0.5 for tvOS.
AppleTV model A1625, tvOS 12.4
