Upgrade log4j to 2.15.0 in adwords_axis/examples and admanager_axis/examples #229

Addresses the pressing need to move examples to log4j 2.15.2 Will follow this up with:

  1. A new config example for logging to files.
  2. Updates to the internal repo.
  3. Updates to documentation.
