Major Bug Noticed in Admob Interstitial Ad

[Hello Google Admob Dev Team,

I think no one noticed that the Admob Interstitial ad from June 2020 middle of the month on wards Some of the Interstitial ads are "doesn't having a X mark on the Ad Screen".

Issue: When we click Back Press on Either Android TV or Smartphone the Full Screen Interstitial Ad without X mark not closing anymore it leads to following Problem to that particular Admob Publisher.

-> Back press is blocked on this Full Screen Interstitial Ad. It leads to Invalid Click Activity and no way to get back Only way is to force click on ad as a result publisher will affect invalid activity or Ads goes to Limited

I Already discussed with lots of Admob Publishers in my office and Colleagues everyone facing same issue as a Result their Admob got affected "Invalid Traffic", "Invalid Click Activity", "Admob ads Limited"
