Can you please confirm which iOS versions this is occurring on? We're aware of this issue with iOS 13.5.1.

I still cannot find how to fix this issue with iOS13.5.1.

This issue exists in 13.5.1. Apple have apparently resolved in in iOS 13.6.0.
