Non-personalized Rewarded ads cause crash on Android 11 #1797

In my Unity game, when I try to show non-personalize Rewarded Ad, sometimes game immediately crashes. This problem did not occur when I show personalized ads. I also tried in different devices with different Android version, there were no crashes.

Is this related to Interstitial Rewarded ads? In previous versions which has video rewarded ads, it was working fine. It also seems to depend on which ad is currently loaded from Admob. I have 2 games with identical properties, right now only one of them crashes due to this issue.

Steps to reproduce:

Try to show a non-personalized rewarded ad.

I also tested this case with Admob 5.3.0. Same problem occured and game crashes when I try to show a rewarded ad.

Hi @berkceb

you can raise a request at the support form. Please be sure to include your App Id/s and Ad Unit Id/s.. We will also need you to include any stack traces and a charles log to properly diagnose this.
