1009 The response does not contain any valid ads #899

Hi there, My video ads. administrators tell me, that from a while live preview for video advertisement stopped working. When I start debug my player I receive this messages:

type: "adLoadError" errorMessage: "The response does not contain any valid ads." errorCode: 1009

I think the problem is because of 3rd party cookies. If I blocked them from my browser live preview start serving random advertise campaign, but not the current testing add campaign.

Can you give me a clue what can I do. Thanks a lot!

Hi @conom13 ,

Thanks for reaching out, the 1009 error suggests an issue with the ad tag. Do you know if you're able to reproduce the issue in the sample page or your own sample code?

The link you provided returned a 404 error, when I tried to visit.

If you are, I think that would be the best way to.

Hi @conom13 ,

This looks like an issue with you ad manager, if you would want to bring it up to your DFP contact.

I am basing this on the dfp url you sent resulting in the 1009 error, but the vast copied here (https://vastsynthesizer.appspot.com/videojs-ima-899) does work on the videojs-ima testing page

I'm new to google ad manager I'm trying to run video ads on my site. I have a ad unit created for the player i am using and when i do it says this in the tester Ad error: AdError 1009: The VAST response document is empty. and i have the player with an order.
