Impression Tracker time threshold #200

Hi,

maybe it is an interesting improvement if you could implement a time threshold for the impression tracker. It would be complementary to the viewport threshold if you could select a minimum time in viewport to count a impression. Something like minimumtime: 1000ms

How about this idea?

Thanks for the suggestion. I could see how this might be useful in some cases. I'm not sure if/when I'll have time to investigate adding this (other features are higher priority), but I'll keep it open as a reminder.
