can't validate measurement protocol script #1811

I trie to validate my measurement protocol implementation in GA4, but https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/event-builder/ tool din't validate the parameters and didn't say the reason what is wrong in it.

so GA4 didn't get data from my and I don't know why and how to fix it.
