Cant create shortened links

What page is this happening on https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/ Describe the bug When using the campaign URL builder, I can create the full link, but when I press the "shorten link" button nothing happens.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....' SHORTEN LINK
3. Scroll down to '....' SHORTEN LINK
4. See error

Expected behavior A shortned bit.ly link to be created
