it is not allowing me to create a shortened link

What page is this happening on https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/campaign-url-builder/ Describe the bug the shorten link option is not working. i fill in all my information and then it doesnt want to generate a shortened link

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '.URL builder ..'
2. Click on '..campaign URL builder .'
3. Scroll down to '..to shorten link..'
4. See error

Expected behavior once all information is entered, a shorten link is supposed to be provided Screenshots If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
