bitly shorten error

What page is this happening on pressing allow when connecting bitly account, but its not doing anything

Describe the bug i cannot shortern links with bitly as it is glitching and not letting mw allow it to happen To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
