Bitly login keeps looping #1976

What page is this happening on https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/campaign-url-builder/

Describe the bug When trying to 'Shorten link' it prompts a bit.ly login. Once logged in, it asks to Approve or Deny from our Google Analytics account. Once approved, the page takes us back to the original URL Builder but doesn't provide a shortened link. This then loops continuously.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://ga-dev-tools.google/ga4/campaign-url-builder/
  2. Fill in a website URL, campaign source, and campaign medium (can use https://haysmacintyre.com/vacancies/, twitter, social as examples)
  3. Scroll down to 'Share the generated campaign URL'
  4. Click on 'Shorten link'
  5. Login to bitly
  6. Approve Google
  7. Redirects to original URL builder link

Expected behavior A shortened link should appear, and then no further logins/approvals should happen.
