{today} - allow setting timezone in the app #28

I am in GMT+11, which means {today} is usually yesterday.

It would be good if we could set the timezone in the admin screen, or retrieve the timezone from the GA web property.

I had a look at the code, can see that this is a TODO. I fixed this in my fork (set up handlers for Australian timezones). https://github.com/WillemPaling/google-analytics-super-proxy
