chore: update .NET goldens #655

We didn't change anything in our setup, so I'm not sure why these standard library xrefs are no longer being linked. However, this fixes our golden tests, which are currently broken.

I don't really know what this is testing, but I have no objection. My understanding is that it's relatively divorced from what we do in terms of docfx processing within the .NET repo. (We've made plenty of changes over time, but I don't expect that to affect this repo.)

@jskeet, this test shows what HTML will be generated given some YAML input. So, for the same YAML and docfx version, the output changed. I'm not sure why.
