Tracking bug for generated libraries

Instructions

This issue lists all the libraries we need to generate and/or hand-craft (as of 2022-01). It is mostly intended as a way to coordinate work. Before generating a library do these things:

• Convert the entry to a bug (GitHub has a handy button to do this)
• Assign the bug to yourself
• If you find that a library cannot be generated, say because the generator is missing features, or some other reason, then:
  • Document what these blockers are in the newly created bug
  • If you are not going to fix these immediately just release the newly created bug
• Follow the instructions in doc/contributor/howto-guide-adding-generated-libraries.md
• If you find that a service already has a generated (or hand-crafted) library, then just mark it as done in this list.
