Hey guys i tryed to install a txt but at the end comes a error massage i hope you can help me. What caught my eye was the sentence "failed with error code 1"at the end.

Hello, while I'm not sure if you are at the right place, may I ask what you are trying to do? Where did you get the requirements.txt?

It seems like you are unable to build scikit image, and you may have better luck here: Scikit-Image
