Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. What the problem is. Example: I'm always frustrated when [...] The LogSink API supports LogSink owned exclusions https://cloud.google.com/logging/docs/reference/v2/rest/v2/billingAccounts.sinks#LogSink.

However the LogSink object only supports an inclusion filter and a destination.

Support LogSink owned exclusions.
