When run at the same commit (729efb213f96b1a406a1caa54870f50e96796639), this test passed in one build (Build Status, Sponge) and failed in another build (Build Status, Sponge).

Nothing we did. There was an internal issue with billing that caused flaky tests across our repos. Closing.
