A human should fix and close this.

When run at the same commit (6d6216f6110cda89d3d0621f59f9865dea1cbac3), this test passed in one build (Build Status, Sponge) and failed in another build (Build Status, Sponge).

This looks like an issue with connection to the server during pytest fixtures setup stage; Applying retries to pytest fixtures
