This dashboard can be disabled via config file https://github.com/googleapis/repo-automation-bots/blob/main/renovate.json#L5

This "Issue" is supposed to serve as a dashboard for renovate PRs. If we want to keep it around (some repos are keeping them) it can be tagged as Process so it doesn't impact time to close tracking.

Awesome, thanks for that clarity Ben! I've tagged it as process for now, if anyone thinks its better to remove it all together, we can definitely go the config file route.
