Add mobile web support #2

The UI for the Sketchbot and the Orchestra need to be updated significantly to get it working on mobile.

@yeshwanth43 I am going to break this bug up into a couple of smaller pieces. If you can help out that would be brilliant.

I'd like to offer some time to help bring this to mobile…

@michaelsanford @cheneytsai @yeshwanth43 I have create #51 showing the sketchbot not looking hot on a mobile. I am not yet sure how it should look, so if any of you have ideas add them to #51
