Create a start script for SketchBot

It should:

• Check all the dependencies
• launch the UI server --- optional output to a file
• launch the robot controller --- optional output to a file
• open the browser to the page.

Check dependencies installed command -v appcfg.py command -v dev_appserver.py command -v node

Get the node version make sure it is ok. Get the python version and make sure it is at least 2.7
