The Custom Syntax documentation is significantly out of date #119

It took me a couple hours to figure out that the Custom Syntax has been moved from HTMLTemplateElement.syntax to templateNode.bindingDelegate. The docs are horribly wrong now, though strangely the Expression Syntax actually shows how to properly use a custom syntax now.

Apologies. Too many things on my plate. I've updated the docs so that they are accurate. Unfortunately, making them good is going to have to wait a bit.
