Minor typo "Prolyfill" -- in heading area of https://github.com/Polymer/TemplateBinding

Actually, that's intentional. A "prollyfill" is a polyfill for something that will probably ("prolly"--get it?) become a standard at some point, but might not for some reason. Our intention is to standardize template binding--just like we did with mutation observers and the template element--but it's not there yet.

Oh, I see. Hence the W3C's desire to get the prolyfill concept “known”

P.S. Not sure if it will help spread the word, but you may want to add Polymer to the W3C list of prolyfills since Mozilla's x-tags project is there.
