Add mdv to projects tested by toolkit waterfall #60

I want to add mdv to the projects tested by the toolkit waterfall here: http://build.chromium.org/p/client.toolkit/waterfall

To do that I need to add a grunt task to run the tests in karma, and add some config files. toolkitchen/toolkit has a similar setup.
