Implement position menu sample #5

Bottom sheet transforms to menu (Adaptive deck slides 45 and 46) :fire:

Basically use paper-dropdown-menu to trigger the menu. On desktop it expands as shown on 46 but on mobile (smaller viewports) switch to 45. iron-media-query is your friend :cake:
