Add support for USB audio devices with more than 2 channels #111

Added a drop down which allows the user to select the number of channels which they would like to use when creating the audio stream. This is useful when testing USB audio devices which have more than 2 channels. The maximum number of channels is 8.

Tested on Pixel XL running 8.1 and a Samsung Galaxy S6 running 6.0
