Setup instructions might need changing for local dev & object-cache #44

I'm using a local environment as defined by: https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_Locally_on_Your_Mac_With_MAMP

I moved over my local wordpress installation to be an appengine wordpress start project as per the GitHub instructions. If I include the object-cache.php file in my local wordpress wp-content directory, then that breaks the local wordpress site from loading (nothing loads).
