What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Diagnostics page all features work
2. Add Google Apps user to Outlook appointment, no information available
3. Add Exchange user to Google Cal, no information available

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect that there should be a sync between Google Cal and Exchange Users; logs
show success in syncing data from Exchange. We see no information on either
side, with sync logs showing error from summary

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.x Sync and Web connectors; exchange 2007 SP2 RollUp 4; Windows 2008; Blue
Coat Proxy/ Reverse Proxy; Microsoft tiered Threat Management Gateways; SSL

Please provide any additional information below.
Logs can be directly provided, or scrubbed of names and provided. We are in a
POC test and would like to get this fully functional for user migrations.

Hi,

Did you run the add-availability address space command ?
When you add an Exchange user to GCal, do you see any request coming to
webservice logs or IIS logs ?
Please send us the log file and config files for both sync service and web
service.
