Getting Bower Packages not working #3950

Version: 0.20.3503 OS: Window 7 Ultimate Project Type: JavaScript Web App (Using Polymer Paper Elements)

Not working in every time both Bower Install and Update.

Same thing here, "Getting Bower packages" runs in a loop, there is no progress of any download visible inside the .bower-git directory (5 files, 8 directories, the default ones) Version 0.22.3520
