the menu is overlapping everything and its select options are not actionable by mouse #4087

I've been having the same exact issue as well.

In chrome://flags, I set the #top-chrome-md chrome://flags/#top-chrome-md flag to Touch, with very marginal effects. I suspect Google is too ore-occupied to fix this :-)

If I get anything else, I'll copy you on it.
