how to select the items to show when toolbar is small in Waterfall-tall mode for core-header-panel #35

Hi ,I am new to polymer and am trying to use the waterfall-tall mode for header-panel. I want to manage the items that are displayed when the toolbar is full sized and when the user scrolls and the toolbar becomes small.

Please help.
