I think it would be nice if we could open the header to its full height when not at the top of the page.
I am using the core-scroll-header in a different way, and actually showing data in it. But i think this would be useful in other instances too.
For my use case I would like to have a drop-down button that the user can tap and it will open the header again and show some details, then scrolling down again will "dissolve" the header.
