Background lost ? #8

I just opened http://www.polymer-project.org/components/core-scroll-header-panel/demo.html and "suddenly" the banner background image is not showing.

I tried several browsers, but it doesn't show in any browser.

The background file http://www.polymer-project.org/components/core-scroll-header-panel/demos/images/bg9.jpg still exists.

This is a bug related to adding a default background to core-toolbar https://github.com/Polymer/core-toolbar/commit/7136bde608e4f964e0c5b1b586d968abaa039515
