core-style should allow for external CSS #12

It would be pretty neat if core-style could, instead of embedding a string of CSS within the core-style tag, include 1 or many link rel stylesheets that point to actual CSS files.

+1 very useful, as core-style has potential to be the only sane way of managing shared styles across a big Polymer app. See the Polymer issue that I opened.

Plus, it will work with existing CSS preprocessors such as SASS out of the box ;)
