Music practice utility #115

It would be very useful to have 2 sliding clip points that could be manipulated by the user to select a short segment of a longer audio file that could then be set to loop for music practice.

I cannot find a way to share a Playlist that I've created with someone and also prevent them from altering the Playlist. If I limit their Google Drive sharing permissions to view only, no editing, they cannot open the playlist at all.
