a Publicly Shared Playlist on Google Drive does not play - security issues? #120

Please can you look into this issue with sharing playlists.

I uploaded an MP3 music track to Google drive I shared it - made it Public (anyone on the internet) I then created a Playlist 'Artist Demos' and shared that public too I shared these 2 with another google account The other google account user cannot play the playlist, but CAN play the MP3 file from its share link

Error on PlayList player states "You are not authorised to read this file or the file does not exist"
