.Wav file not playing in preview #162

Hi Guys, I have a voicemail .WAV audio file that won't play nativley in the google preview window. I have tried Google Drive Music Player but it also can't play it.

I wondered if someone could take a look at it for me as I have 6 employees who recieve these audio files and I want them to be opened from any device. (Iphone, IPAD, Chrome on PC). Unfortunatly my phone provider can't send me this voicemail file in any other format.

I have a sample that I have attached.
