Updated Firebase to latest stable version
Updated AngularFire to latest stable version
Only did this for the Ionic-Auth app

Checked websites for stable versions: https://www.firebase.com/docs/web/libraries/angular/changelog.html says 1.1.2 is stable (AngularFire) https://www.firebase.com/docs/web/changelog.html says 2.2.9 (Firebase)
